AgentGuard는 회사가 ERP에 등록한 PC와 업무용 브라우저 프로필의 상태를 확인하고 지원하는 서비스입니다. 아래는 현재 앱·확장 프로그램이 처리하는 정보와 사용 범위입니다.
처리하는 정보
- 기기 관리: 회사·기기 식별자, 관리자가 입력한 기기명·담당자·부서, OS·프로그램명·버전·설치 경로(제공되는 경우), 방화벽·암호화 등 보안 상태, 연결·정책 적용·오류 정보.
- 방문·검색 기록: 회사 설정과 해당 프로필의 동의가 모두 켜진 경우에만 처리합니다. 방문 주소의 쿼리·프래그먼트와 사용자정보는 제거합니다. 검색어는 별도 동의한 경우에만 처리합니다. 연결 전의 과거 기록을 가져오거나 시크릿 모드를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 사용 시간: 회사 설정과 해당 프로필의 동의가 모두 켜진 경우, 활성 웹사이트 도메인·프로그램 이름과 활동·자리 비움 시간을 처리합니다. 측정 공백은 사용 시간 0으로 간주하지 않습니다. 창 제목·문서 내용·키 입력 내용을 자동 수집하지 않습니다.
- 원격 지원: 사용자가 매 세션 직접 선택한 화면을 공유합니다. 공유 화면에는 사용자가 선택한 페이지·앱의 내용이 포함될 수 있습니다. 입력 제어는 별도 허용과 OS 권한이 필요하며 사용자가 중단할 수 있습니다. 화면 프레임은 지원 중 일시 중계하며 방문 기록처럼 보관하는 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
- 연결 자격증명: 확장은 회사·기기 범위가 제한된 연결 자격증명을 사용합니다. ERP 계정의 비밀번호를 확장에 저장하지 않습니다.
사용 목적과 접근
수집 정보는 회사의 기기 관리, 업무 프로필 정책 적용, 지원, 사용 현황 표시와 감사 기록에 사용합니다. 해당 ERP 회사에서 권한을 가진 관리자가 접근합니다. 회사는 직원에게 적용 범위와 사내 운영 기준을 안내해야 합니다. 데이터 판매·광고 타기팅 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
확장은 HTTPS로 api.linebylinestudio.com에 연결합니다. 회사의 ERP AI 도움말은 별도 요청한 기기 상태·정책 정보로 설명을 제공하며 방문 기록·검색어·화면을 자동으로 AI에 보내지 않습니다.
설정·보관·삭제
방문·검색·사용 시간은 각각 설정된 범위에서 동작합니다. 개인 프로필 시험 연결의 동의는 확장 설정에서 끌 수 있으며, 관리자는 회사 설정을 끄거나 프로필·기기 연결을 회수할 수 있습니다. 현재 시험 버전과 향후 회사 관리형 배포의 설정 방식은 구분됩니다.
방문·사용 시간 기록은 회사가 설정한 1~90일의 보관 기간에 따라 정기 정리됩니다. 기본값은 30일입니다. 기기 등록과 관리자 감사 기록은 별도 운영 기록으로 유지됩니다. 접근·삭제·보관 기준에 관한 요청은 회사 ERP 관리자 또는 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.

AgentGuard data notice — English
AgentGuard connects company-enrolled computers and work browser profiles to their company's ERP. Device identifiers, administrator-supplied profile labels, OS/software inventory, security health and policy/connection diagnostics support device management.
Browsing history and separately opted-in search terms require both company policy and local profile consent. URL queries, fragments and user information are removed; incognito sessions and pre-enrollment history are excluded. Separately enabled usage measurement reports active-site domains, application labels and active/idle time. It does not automatically record window titles, document contents or typed content.
Remote support shares only a screen chosen by the user for that session. The chosen screen may contain page or application contents. Input control needs separate approval and OS permission. Frames are temporarily relayed during support rather than retained as browsing-history records.
The extension uses company/device-scoped credentials and does not store the ERP password. Data is sent over HTTPS to api.linebylinestudio.com for authorized company administrators. Data is not sold or used for advertising targeting. ERP AI help does not automatically receive browsing history, search terms or screen frames.
History and usage records follow the company retention setting of 1–90 days, default 30, with scheduled cleanup. Enrollment and administrator audit records are maintained separately.
